Rediscovering what's hidden within

I spotted this quotation last year at an exhibition about opera held at the V&A. It reminds me of the old saying, 'You can lead a horse to water but you can't force it to drink'

Both quotations are relevant to the process of re-education that takes place during AT lessons. Some pupils say they've been thinking of trying it for years, and now finally feels like the right moment!

Some pupils say they love it and they'll tell their partner/friend/child to come - but you have to want to find out for yourself. You need to be ready for change and not scared to lose an intrinsic part of yourself. You may discover long-forgotten talents within, or you may recognise a side of yourself you don't like.

But most likely your body knows how to move if you stop interfering. Do less and achieve more ...
