The second of three tips to keep you moving with ease this Christmas
My second tip is to do less!
Is it really necessary to do everything you think you have to do?
Can you delegate some of those tasks? When feeling physically or mentally overwhelmed you can take a break and recharge your batteries with a few minutes of Active Rest.
Be warned, though, that slouching on the couch for hours on end won’t do you any favours. Make sure your seating is supportive and get up every half hour or so for a stretch or a walk around the room.
Active Rest can also be helpful if you find yourself sleeping in an uncomfortable guest bed.
